For the 17th consecutive season, LaSalle College Vancouver (LCV) will be presenting five student collections with six looks each on the runway of Vancouver Fashion Week Winter\Fall 2018. The show will take place at the David Lam Hall on Thursday, March 22nd at 5 p.m. This season’s theme is Global Warming.

In preparation for the show, five of LaSalle College Vancouver’s talented student designers were tasked to think hard about sustainable textiles. They were given the mission statement: Rethink, Reuse, and Repurpose.  Throughout the collections you will be amazed at what they were able to create with pieces of donated clothing and textiles scraps from Fabcycle. Our student designers presenting at the Vancouver Fashion Week this March are Alannah Anderson (Manitoba), Daniela Franken Dominguez (Mexico), Gurkirat Narang (India), Azam Rezahosseini (Vancouver), and Shuo Yang (China).

This season’s show is once again produced by renowned stylist and fashion show producer Tracey Pincott. Tracey collaborates with international videographer Trevor Brady, as well as the beautiful Lizbell Agency models, who will help the students showcase their designs on the runway.

The LaSalle College Vancouver student presentation is on Thursday, March 22nd at 5:00pm at the David Lam Hall, 50 East Pender St. For additional information please visit Vancouver Fashion Week.

We look forward to seeing you at Vancouver Fashion Week!
