Kimberly Li is a NCIDQ certified interior designer with over 18 Years of professional experience in design, construction management, and Building Permit Application Process. She holds a degree in Bachelor of Science in Interior Design from University of Saskatchewan and a Diploma of Building Technology with a Major in Architecture from BCIT. She is also very knowledgeable of the Local Zoning By‐Law and Building Code.
Kimberly’s professional experience extends from design and construction management of luxury single family homes to retail stores of luxury brands in Hong Kong, China, and Canada. She was the most senior interior designer of Seibu Department Store; and Steven Leach & Associates. As the leading interior designer, her work involves extensive interaction with clients, landlords, construction sub‐trades, and city officials providing her with a broad perspective of the design and construction process.
Kimberly has taught the interior design program at the Vancouver Community College. She was also the teaching assistant at BCIT for the Interior Design; the Architectural and Building Technology Program.
She enjoys keeping herself current with the latest design products and ideas and has a profound interest in the field of Smart‐Environment to automate the environment.
