We invite you to take part in our live online conference on the Interior Design program on Thursday, April20^th, from 6 p.m. to 7 p.m.. The online conference titled “The Design Process” will be hosted by expert Éric Simard and will give you the opportunity to experience our virtual classroom.

The Design Process

A product resulting from the design process rarely comes from the first (if only) concept idea that a designer gets. The product will be the result of information gathering and of a certain to-and-fro with the client. This presentation will cover the following aspects of the design process:

Relationship with the client
Technical aspects: Materials
Creative aspects: Inspiration

About the speaker:

Éric Simard has been involved in various spheres of design for 15 years: Fashion accessories, set and prop designer for theatre and television, house painting and renovation. Accomplished do-it-all of design, he offers his services as a consultant in interior design and as a Sketchup trainer. Furniture designer and woodworker in his free time, he also teaches Interior Design.
