Join us and learn about SAKE - Traditional Japanese wine

Sake is actually an alcoholic beverage fermented from rice, which is a grain. This would make it more of a beer than a wine. Yet, sake is not carbonated, and flavor-wise is closer to wine than beer , although it is indeed uniquely different from wine.

Learn everything there is to know about sake!
Open to anyone with an interest in sake, learn about all things sake-related, including different types of Sake and its classification and flavour profile, how to prepare Sake and pair with food.

Space is limited, contact us and register now!

* Please note this class is not held on The Art Institute Vancouver's regular campus. It will take place at Vivo Ristorante | 10505 - 106 Street, downtown Edmonton, Alberta. Click here for Direction.
