August 22, 2017

Canada’s West Coast is in the international spotlight this month as Vancouver is ranked third most livable city in the world by The Economist Group’s Global Liveability Report.

The rankings are released annually by the Economist Intelligence Unit (EIU), a division of the UK-based media company, The Economist Group. The analysis comprises of 140 cities and takes into consideration several different factors across five categories: stability, healthcare, culture and environment, education, and infrastructure. These categories are then weighted to provide an overall rating of 1-100, 1 being intolerable and 100 being ideal. Vancouver scored high at an overall 97.3 this year.

This is the seventh year in a row that Vancouver is ranked as the third most livable city in the world, and we are so proud to call this beautiful city our home!
