Recent graduate Sisia Du takes ADCC 2019 award

January 10, 2020

Congratulations to recent Graphic Design graduate, Sisia Du, for winning bronze at The Advertising & Design Club of Canada (ADCC)’s 2019 Student Awards with her project 'BECHA'.

Sisia Du is a graphic designer who graduated from LaSalle College Vancouver (LCV)'s Bachelor of Design in Graphic Design program in 2018.

'BECHA' was created for a beverage company producing Kvass, a traditional Slavic fermented beverage made from bread. The design resembles an Eastern Slavic embroidery style, and the package concept is based on the Russian festival Maslenitsa, which celebrates the beginning of Spring (Becha). Sisia's submission was originally a project from LCV's Packaging Design class.
